“We need the thinkers, those people who dream and make things happen. Scientists, people who innovate. New Zealand as a whole needs this so we can change our position globally. Some countries are going to run out of food and there is a lot of opportunity for companies like ours in all this because New Zealand is one of the few countries in the world that produces more food than we consume, and we could produce a lot more.”
