What is your favourite seafood? Prawns, crayfish, oysters

Best day out fishing? I don't really have any good fishing stories. Anyway enjoying the water is a good day. 

Hobbies? Exercise and fitness, and time with whanau 

What is your role in the company? I've just been appointed to the board so I'm looking forward to bringing my energy, experience and skill-set to the table to work with the other board members to get the best returns possible for our people. 

What previous experiences most help you in your work here? I have accounting and finance experience both here and abroad at CFO level. More recently I've been focused on my work as a professional and chartered Company Director. So I bring that experience and expertise to the board table. 

Why do you love working here? I'm looking forward to working with my fellow board members for the benefit of Ngati Porou Seafoods and Ngati Porou.

Why is Ngati Porou Seafoods Group good for the people of Ngati Porou? As a direct investment, NPSG is good for Ngati Porou because as well as generating dividends, NPSG generates employment and enables Ngati Porou to develop our own capability throughout the NPSG value chain.

What do you hope to help NPSG achieve in years to come? Grow dividends, grow Ngati Porou capability, and enhance the mana of Ngati Porou.
